    Password Help

The following document has password help for all of the Leander ISD subscriptions.  Ask your librarian for the password, or think about the Rutledge mascot (hint, hint).

    Parent Accounts

Parents may request an account to check out additional books from the Rutledge Library.  A parent may check out up to five books for a loan period of two weeks.  If you would like to sign up for a parent account, please visit the library or e-mail Mrs. Uribe directly.  All you need to provide is your full name, 10-digit phone number, and an e-mail address.  If you have previously set up an account, your former account must be renewed each year.

      Mission Statements

    Libraries of Leander ISD Mission

Our mission is to lead our school communities by fostering literacy in an environment that challenges students to imagine possibilities, explore opportunities and connect with the future and the world.

    Rutledge Library Mission Statement

In the library, we will read, lead, and grow with the 7 habits. We will be respectful by using the golden rule. We will be good digital citizens while using technology. As leaders, we will make the library a great place to learn and explore.

    Mrs. Hervey's Mission

My goal is to foster a life long love of reading in our faculty and students, as well as building the understanding that there is a world of information at our fingertips, you just need to know where to look.
